 stay the course on behalf of the people we serve and identify and implemen
 t innovative solutions. Times that require growth and change in occupation
 al health and hygiene. Why? Our current strategies\, systems\, models\, an
 d approaches are not working. Around the globe and locally\, we are not ef
 fectively preventing chronic non-communicable occupational disease. We nee
 d to do things differently.The time is upon us for innovation including ne
 w ways of thinking. What does innovation in occupational health and hygien
 e look like? It includes integrated\, holistic approaches\, impactful part
 nerships\, it is silo free\, it is meaningful investment in workers\, fami
 lies\, and communities – investment in prevention and well-being\, and i
 t is aligned with efforts in social sustainability and the United Nations 
 Sustainable Development Goals and other important strategies to future pro
 of our world and its people– such that we leave no one behind. Together\
